Tiramisu with brandy
Ingredients:
  • 4 cl Nordbrand Goldbrand
  • 1 Stk. ungehandelte Zitrone
  • 500g Mascarpone
  • 2 small cups of espresso or strong coffee
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 table spoons of sugar
  • 150g ladyfingers
  • A pinch of unsweetened chocolate powder
That's how it's made

Serving for 4:
Put 4 egg yolks with 4 table spoons of sugar in a bowl and whisk. Fold in 500g of mascarpone by the spoon. Add lemon zest and get a flat dish.

Mix 2 small cups of espresso with 4cl Nordbrand Goldbrand. Dip in one half of the ladyfingers, then line the bottom of the dish with it. Fill in half of the mascarpone cream, then smoothen. Dip into the espresso the rest of the ladyfingers, line the dish and fill in the rest of the cream. Cover and put in the fridge for 5 hours. Before serving, sprinkle unsweetened chocolate powder on top.

Summer Special
Ingredients:
  • 5 cl of Nordbrand Goldbrand or Goldkrone 32
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tea spoon of cane sugar
  • 1 cl of syrup (e.g. tangerine syrup)
  • 1 cl of peach juice
  • 12 cl of passion fruit juice
  • Crushed ice as needed
That's how it's made

Slice the orange and lime and fill into a glass with the cane sugar, syrup and peach juice and crush. Top up with passion fruit juice and Nordbrand Goldbrand or Goldkrone 32, then stir. Fill crushed ice in a glass and pour cocktail over it. Serve cold.

Goldkrone Ingwer
Ingredients:
  • 6 cl of Nordbrand Goldkrone 32
  • 1/2 lemon slice
  • 2-3 slices of ginger
  • 1 cl of sugar syrup
  • Ginger ale
