Marzipan Gugelhupf
Ingredients:
  • 75 ml of Zentis Marzipanlikör + 5 table spoons of Zentis Marzipanlikör
  • 250g of butter
  • 250g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 350g of flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 100g of flaked almonds
  • 125g of rum raisins
  • 250g of icing sugar
That's how it's made

Dough:
Stir soft butter and sugar until creamy, add the eggs and stir. Gradually add the vanilla sugar, cream and the Zentis Marzipanlikör. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add in increments. Then fold in the flaked almonds and rum raisins.

Put the dough into a greased Gugelhupf dish and bake at 180°C for ca. 60 – 75 minutes. After 60 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160°C.

Icing:
Mix the icing sugar with 5 – 6 table spoons of Zentis Marzipanlikör and spread on the warm cake.

Mozart Cocktail
Ingredients:
  • 3 cl of Zentis Marzipanlikör
  • 3 cl of Nordbrand Nordfjord Vodka
  • 3 cl of strong cold coffee
  • 2 cl of milk
  • 2 cl of cream
  • 3 coffee beans
  • Crushed ice
That's how it's made

Whisk the cream until creamy and stir the milk until frothy. Then fill the milk, coffee, Nordbrand Nordfjord Vodka, Zentis Marzipanlikör and 6 table spoons of crushed ice into a cocktail shaker, shake and fill a cocktail glass. Add more crushed ice. Then let cream run into the drink over a spoon and serve with the coffee beans.

Cherry Dream
Ingredients:
  • 1 cl of Zentis Marzipanlikör
  • 2 cl of cream
  • 8 cl of cherry juice
  • 1 cl of grenadine
  • 8 cl of orange juice
