Nordbrand Nordhausen GmbH is a Rotkäppchen-Mumm Sektkellereien GmbH subsidiary.
In 2021, Nordbrand Nordhausen GmbH employed a staff of 156, of whom eight were apprentices. These staff produce and sell our high-quality products, which is only possible if all staff are top performers in their respective field.
For that reason, we are always looking for qualified and highly motivated staff. We are convinced that next to our strong brands these are the key to our success. Only if we work competently and enthusiastically will we be able to attain our objectives on a sustainable basis and secure our company’s future.

Job training
To Rotkäppchen-Mumm Sektkellerei GmbH, providing the best possible job training is of the utmost importance.
We always put an emphasis on interlocking theory and practice. Our apprentices are involved in our processes and supported by committed instructors from the very beginning and in accordance with their chosen field and progress.
Our apprentices also get to know other Rotkäppchen-Mumm sites.
And across all such sites, we organise our annual “apprentice day”, with all our apprentices coming together to exchange experiences.
